Registration

Registration opens on May 22nd, 2026

To participate in the conference, registration and payment of the registration fee are mandatory.

Fees:

• Ordinary members: €50

• Junior members: €30

• Non-members: €220

• Students (“auditors”): free

Please note that students:

• May participate free of charge only if they do not meet the requirements to become members of the association (e.g., they have not yet completed a Master’s degree).

• Must be co-authors of presented works.

• Cannot apply for a travel grant.

• Cannot present a contribution (including posters), but may attend the conference.

The registration fee includes:

• Participation in the scientific sessions

• Conference materials

• Certificate of attendance (NOTE: this will be sent by email within one week after the end of the conference)

• Coffee breaks

• Welcome cocktail

The registration fee does NOT include:

• Social dinner (limited to 300 participants), which can be selected in the registration form

• Lunch
