To participate in the conference, registration and payment of the registration fee are mandatory.

Fees:

• Ordinary members: €50 (only until July 1st!)

• Junior members: €30 (only until July 1st!)

• Non-members: €220 (or for members who register after July 1st)

• Students (“auditors”): free

Please note that students:

• May participate free of charge only if they do not meet the requirements to become members of the association (e.g., they have not yet completed a Master’s degree).

• Must be co-authors of presented works.

• Cannot apply for a travel grant.

• Cannot present a contribution (including posters), but may attend the conference.

The registration fee includes:

• Participation in the scientific sessions

• Conference materials

• Certificate of attendance (NOTE: this will be sent by email within one week after the end of the conference)

• Coffee breaks

• Welcome cocktail

The registration fee does NOT include:

• Social dinner (limited to 300 participants), which can be selected in the registration form

• Lunch

Student Housing

We offer the possibility to junior members to reserve a room at the student housing of Venezia San Giobbe for a reduced fare (double room for €120 per night).
